Our fields are responsibly designed applying permacultural techniques. By shaping Banana Circles we created fertile soil. Together with diverse fruit trees, these bananas are generating a tasty edible forest.
Most of the plants growing on the fields come from our own nursery, which is sustained with organic fertilizer produced by us. The many flowers on our lands enhance the abundance of the crops and attract pollinators. Latter play an essential role in the increase of the productivity of the crops.
The wellbeing of our animals is a priority to us. As we are taking good care of the cows, our dairy products are healthy, clean and organic. We cherish all living beings – of all colours and shapes – as each one of them has its own valuable role in the circle of life. If you love animals, you will love it here.
